Amigo provides immigration assistance services, including:
- ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number) application assistance
- AI-powered immigration guidance and support
- Document preparation and verification services
- Application tracking and status updates
- SMS notifications and communications
- Expert consultation services (Premium plans)
3. User Accounts and Registration
3.1 Account Creation
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service
3.2 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. SMS Communications and Consent

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply.
4.1 SMS Opt-Out
- You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message
- You can also opt out by contacting us at support@aquiamigo.com
- Opting out of SMS messages may limit our ability to provide timely updates about your application
4.2 SMS Compliance
Our SMS practices comply with:
- Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
- CAN-SPAM Act
- CTIA guidelines
- Carrier-specific requirements
5. Service Fees and Payment
5.1 Pricing
- Basic ITIN Application: $150 one-time fee
- Premium Support: $299 one-time fee
- Complete Immigration Package: $499 one-time fee
5.2 Payment Terms
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
- Payment is required before service delivery
- We use secure third-party payment processors
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
5.3 Refund Policy
No Refunds: Due to the nature of our services and the work involved in processing applications, all fees are non-refundable once payment is processed. This includes cases where:
- Your ITIN application is denied by the IRS
- You change your mind after payment
- You provide incorrect information
- You fail to provide required documentation
6. User Responsibilities
6.1 Accurate Information
- You must provide accurate and complete information for your applications
- You are responsible for the accuracy of all documents submitted
- You must notify us of any changes to your information
6.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
